Once the plan or journey enters implementation stage, a major component of the diversity & inclusion (D&I) initiative will fall within responsibility of these key stakeholders, so gaining their feedback, insights and buy-in early, while concurrently preparing them to play a key role, is vital for the overall D&I success.
