Ensuring that all key stakeholder groups understand their roles and how to best relate to the other stakeholders is essential to drive sustainable success. These key individuals engage in the development in order to properly lead and guide the effort. The Kaleidoscope Group has development plans and journeys specific to each stakeholder group.
Once the plan or journey enters implementation stage, a major component of the diversity & inclusion (D&I) initiative will fall within responsibility of these key stakeholders, so gaining their feedback, insights and buy-in early, while concurrently preparing them to play a key role, is vital for the overall D&I success. We also will assess the resources available within the organization to maintain the momentum of D&I and then recommend supportive resources or infrastructures to ensure success.
