Annie Sullivan is the Director of Client Services for The Kaleidoscope Group, a full-service diversity and inclusion consulting firm dedicated to unlocking the human potential. Her responsibilities include managing and leading the firm’s powerful team of Client Service Managers, acting as the main liaison between the firm and the client. She also manages the firm’s internal system rollouts for planned projects.

Throughout her seven years at KG, Annie has served a wide variety of clients across several industries. Some of the clients she recently worked with include The Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines and Indianapolis, The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, Boldt Construction, Aon, Harper College, American Society for Cell Biology, and Nike.

Annie utilizes her adaptability and creativity to partner with clients to drive workstreams towards the successful completion of objectives. With motivation from her colleagues, she operationally leads the Client Leadership team towards continuous improvement of effectiveness and transformational impact.

Annie has always sought to have a career that works towards improving the lives of those around her. She served at The Kaleidoscope Group as a Client Services Manager before becoming the Director. Prior to working at The Kaleidoscope Group, she was the Executive Director’s Assistant for Launch U, a Chicago-based nonprofit that provides one-on-one mentorship for inner-city, low-income high school seniors.

Annie holds two bachelor’s degrees in International Studies with a focus in global cultural relations, and Italian Studies from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, and cooking. She currently resides in Denver, CO.
