Puzzled and frustrated by systemic injustice from a young age, I have dedicated myself to becoming an agent of change in creating more just environments in the workplace and beyond. A recent college graduate, I am eager to enter the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at such a crucial point in time. As a detail-oriented and goal-motivated person, I look forward to implementing innovative practices into my clients’ existing processes through the imperative work we do at the Kaleidoscope Group.
