For me, one of the most important aspects of this work is helping people realize the immense impact they can have on each other. Whether you’re the CEO or just joined the organization last week – everyone has the potential to make someone else feel valued. And I truly embrace the chance to help people understand this incredible opportunity in front of them – and it’s not only an opportunity they face every day, bu it’s also an opportunity they face every moment. I like to challenge others, as well as myself, to act in those moments – for that’s what truly makes a team successful.
