I am a practical strategist who collaborates with colleagues and clients to build a roadmap to achieve real impact and real change. The diversity & inclusion journey can feel lengthy and complex. I can make the overwhelming feel possible, the intangible more tangible, and put the organization in Organization Development. I have a low tolerance for activity that doesn’t add real value to the business. I put the Organization in Organization Development with an eye on achieving what’s best for the business and the organization. On every engagement, I bring together a team of incredible talent and lead with a drive for performance, quality, and excellence in myself and others. I am relentless when it comes to delivering The Kaleidoscope Experience and achieving desired impacts and outcomes on time and within budget for every client.
