I am energized by the challenges of people who see the world from different perspectives and come together to pursue a common goal. I am driven by a desire to walk with them through those challenges and discover the richness and potential of their diversity. I am truly thankful for a global experience that has led me all over the world and connected me, at a heart level, to people who represent the best of what can happen when we dare to walk across the lines that divide us. I am thrilled to bring that experience into the important work that we do with our clients.
