I am a self-motivated DEI enthusiast who serves as a Senior Business Development Consultant for The Kaleidoscope Group. I am known for creating something out of nothing and thinking outside the box to generate a new lens to see life through. With my eccentric mindset, I find myself eager to take risks which sometimes end in success while other times leave me pleasantly challenged. My vision will translate into reality propelled by my strong sense of determination in everything I do. My restorative personality trait lends itself to my love for problem-solving and avidity for helping others.
Lindsay Ciardelli is a Senior Business Development Consultant for The Kaleidoscope Group, a full-service Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consulting firm dedicated to unlocking human potential. Some of her responsibilities include discovering the root of a client’s needs, constructing proposals, providing premium customer service, and promoting a seamless experience from initial engagement and beyond.
Throughout her time at The Kaleidoscope Group, Lindsay served a wide variety of clients across a number of industries. Some of her clients include the American Society for Microbiology, Triton College, Longwood Gardens, Chicago Community Trust, the American Society for Cell Biology, Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, and Metropolitan Group.
With motivation from her personal and professional goals, Lindsay utilizes her fresh and innovative perspective to donate to the energetic momentum of The Kaleidoscope Group. As an effective communicator, she enhances the firm’s outreach efforts by generating new business opportunities. Prior to being an employee at The Kaleidoscope Group, she was a Business Development and Sales intern. While already having a passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), this internship affirmed how fulfilling DEI work truly is.
She is an active member of the Illinois Diversity Council and a volunteer with “iMentor,” a local organization that sets Chicago public high school students up for success through mentorship opportunities with a focus on higher education.
She has two bachelor’s degrees, one in Communication and the other in Anthropology with a focus in International Relations from Lake Forest College. Outside of work, she enjoys attending concerts, hiking, reading, and photography. Lindsay lives in Chicago, IL.
