I see my brand as a thought leader, orator, and speaker who can connect with almost anyone—building relationships.
Mitch Brown is a Senior Consultant and Master Facilitator for The Kaleidoscope Group, a consulting firm dedicated to providing organizations with strategies and solutions for diversity and inclusion. In his role, he leads clients with workplace strategies to transform their organizations. Some of his past clients include Tompkins County of NY, Thrivent Financial, FHLBDallas, New Hanover Regional Medical Center, and FDNY.
Leveraging nearly a decade of management consulting experience, Mitchleads clients with workforce and workplace strategies to create transformation in their organization. Mitch has significant experience working with learning and development leaders on developing educational content to enhance the skills and behaviors needed to sustain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization. His success stems partly from his ability to win others over; he is clear, concise, compelling, altruistic, and jovial.
Prior to working at TheKaleidoscopeGroup, Mitch was a Management Consultant for The Gallup Organization, a global analytics and consulting firm. In his role, he supported efforts with employee engagement. Specifically, he helped clients create engaged organizations advising them on ways to connect with their employees and customers-decreasing costs and turnover rates and increasing productivity and profitability.
Mitch holds a bachelor’s degree from Hampton University, a J.D. from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law, and an MBA from Vanderbilt University, Owen School of Management. He is also a member of the National Black MBA Association. Outside of work, Mitch is interested in culinary arts, fashion, history, and sports. He currently resides in North Carolina.
