Sarah Lokay is a Client Services Manager for The Kaleidoscope Group (KG), a full-service diversity and inclusion consulting firm dedicated to unlocking the human potential. They are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day relationships between clients and the firm. As a Client Services Manager, Sarah manages the coordination and project management aspects of KG’s client work. Sarah’s goal is to ensure that every client they work with receives high-quality client service throughout their relationship with the firm.

Prior to KG, Sarah spent two and a half years working at bswift–a benefits administration company under the Aetna/CVS umbrella– managing client benefits, Open Enrollments, and other ad hoc projects throughout the year. As a Client Analyst, they supported a book of client business around the clock, ensuring that client employees were able to enroll in benefits ranging from Life Events to COBRA coverage. Before bswift, Sarah has experience in ecommerce with Groupon, telecommunications with SAC Wireless, and freelance art as an Illustrator.

Outside of KG, Sarah teaches and competes in blues dance styles, giving their time to educate themselves about the history of African American Vernacular Dance styles and the history of the music. When not dancing, Sarah looks after her dog, Remedy, and goes on frequent road trips with their spouse.
