Trisha is an Organizational Psychologist and a Global Engagement Leader with The Kaleidoscope Group. She has over 20 years of experience supporting and developing global executives in multiple locations around the world.

Her work spans the focus areas of cultural intelligence (CQ), building global leadership capabilities, increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in global organizations, managing change, and developing resilience and well-being. Trisha has worked with both the

Australian and New Zealand governments, delivered coaching, training or consulting to a range of multinational corporations including Boeing, ABB, Thales, and Hyundai, plus Australian global businesses such as Sunrice and Westpac.

As an Adjunct Professor she has lectured in Human Resources Management, Cross-Cultural Communication and Business Culture in Australia. She has a master’s degree in Psychology and is a Certified Cultural Intelligence Facilitator. In 2023, Trisha was selected as part of the inaugural CQ Fellows – a thought leaders group committed to developing cultural intelligence applications. 

She became interested in diverse cultural workplaces and the impacts of global transitions while living in China with her husband and young children in the 90s. While Sydney is currently home, her birthplace of New Zealand still has a special place in her heart.
