As a Consultant with The Kaleidoscope Group, Gary assists organizations with DEI education, strategy development, and implementation.
Gary has worked with The Kaleidoscope Group for decades, serving a wide range of clients across the financial services, manufacturing, hospitality, food and drink and non-profit sectors.
As an experienced facilitator, he provides training and support to colleagues to help develop their facilitation skills.
Before joining The Kaleidoscope Group, Gary independently consulted as an on-site project manager to remanufacture thirty-eight diesel-electric locomotives. As a Facility Manager, Gary and his team of new employees created a profitable manufacturing facility in its first year of operation. While managing multiple shift production lines, he facilitated diverse employee teams in their continuous quality improvement efforts. Some of the processes resulting from these efforts include a “New Hire Training and Mentoring Program,” multiple component re-engineering and redesign changes, and an in-house production line inventory system.
Gary has extensive experience in real estate, production management, and quality control in organizations that remanufacture and maintain large equipment.
He is a lifelong learner with a thorough understanding of the impact of diversity on every stakeholder.
Gary enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures worldwide and has traveled to 32 countries to date.
We help to create and keep organizational and world culture inclusive. We help people have the courage to make change, to create unity and positive results in their organization. We help people think of WE vs ME. People see conflict as bad versus an opportunity for us to grow if we handle it correctly. We are in a world where people disagree and cancel versus align and discuss. We have the unique opportunity to be a catalyst for positive dialogue.
