Samkelo Blom

Samkelo is one of our Global Partners, providing deep regional insight and experience from decades of people management, organizational culture and DEI experience in South Africa.

Samkelo is the founder of Nomatu Consulting, a diversity and inclusion consulting firm. He is an experienced human resources/inclusion thought leader with an interest in how companies can maximize diversity in the workplace.

His previous experience includes training facilitation, leading the learning function for various Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) listed companies and heading human resources for a large corporate organization.

I love the global focus. The open and transparent communication about DEI. The humility and admission of the team that in as much as we do this work we also also need to continually work on ourselves.
