Livia brings more than 25 years of experience in leading organizational transformation to her role as a Consultant with The Kaleidoscope Group.

Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, change management, talent management, leadership development and coaching. She has worked with executives and leadership teams on visioning, culture change and organizational effectiveness to achieve targeted business results. Her passion is enabling large-scale change by empowering people to drive it and thrive in it.

Livia has worked with Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits on transformation efforts in North America, Europe and Asia across various industries, including retail, financial services, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing and professional services. Her experience with The Kaleidoscope Group includes organizations in financial services, non-profit, education, professional services and healthcare sectors.

Livia is a coach, public speaker and experienced facilitator. She was inducted into the YWCA Academy of Women Achievers and selected for Leadership Johnson City. She led the Ernst & Young Professional Women’s Network and served on the Springboard planning committee for the venture capital forum targeting investing in female-owned businesses. She is also currently CEO of Innoviant Consulting.

Livia earned dual undergraduate degrees – a BS in mathematics from Jackson State University and a BS in industrial engineering from Mississippi State University – and her MBA from the University of Michigan.

An avid outdoors type who enjoys walking, hiking and gardening, Livia enjoys theater, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
