Mark Goodman
As a consultant with The Kaleidoscope Group, Mark helps our clients understand and maximize the connections between their DEI, brand and marketing strategies, focusing on how they drive impact.
Mark has experience in global brand development, building and rebuilding brand operations within consumer-driven retail, food and financial service industries. He has held significant leadership positions, including key roles at Fortune 50 companies: Walmart/Sam’s Club (Executive Vice-President, Chief Marketing Officer) and McDonald’s (Corporate Vice-President, U.S. Brand and Strategy).
Mark currently serves as Chairman of the Colorado Nut Holding Company. In addition, he serves as a Global Brand Advisor for select Fortune 200 companies.
Mark has been active in supporting educational institutions on a national basis over the last several years. He serves on the board of trustees at Tufts University and The College of Wooster. Previously, Mark has served as Trustee for Xavier University of Louisiana, where he chaired the Development Committee. He has also served on the board of directors for St. Louis University School of Business, St. Louis, Missouri; Livingstone College Salisbury, North Carolina; History Makers, Chicago, Illinois; Eton Academy, Birmingham, Michigan; and Cal State Dominquez Hills School of Business.
Mark was appointed to the board of directors for Pinnacol Assurance Insurance and was unanimously confirmed by the Colorado State Senate in 2015. In 2021, Mark was named Chairman of the Board for Pinnacol Assurance Insurance. In addition, Mark serves as a board director for Bellco Credit Union and Delta Dental Insurance Company.
