Throughout her career, Joanna has advised and supported organizations with the challenges of implementing change. She has over two decades of experience, including healthcare, education, government and business organizations. She has spent her career developing and honing her abilities to relate to leaders and support their organizations’ goals toward an inclusive workplace.

An experienced consultant and facilitator, Joanna’s drive comes from empowering individuals with tools and resources to collaborate and communicate effectively. Joanna has provided guidance in a number of key areas, such as organizational development, succession planning, human resources and employee relations.

Joanna earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois in Chicago. Outside of The Kaleidoscope Group, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.
