Once the plan or journey enters the implementation stage, a major component of the diversity, equity, & inclusion (DE&I) initiative will fall within responsibility of these key stakeholders, so gaining their feedback, insights and buy-in early, while concurrently preparing them to play a key role, is vital for the overall DE&I success. We also will assess the resources available within the organization to maintain the momentum of DE&I and then recommend supportive resources or infrastructures to ensure success.
