Aarin is a medium-dark skinned man with short dark hair. He is looking towards the camera with his head slightly tilted and smiling. He is wearing a dark blue, patterned collared shirt with a black blazer on top. He is pictured against a blue-grey background.

As one of our Client Services Managers, Aarin drives the execution of our consulting projects, ensuring that we tailor our approach to meet our clients’ unique needs and circumstances, maximizing our value and impact.

An integral part of our consulting team, Aarin regularly facilitates interactive sessions with our clients. He focuses on Demonstrating Empathy and Managing Privilege competency training but has delivered various courses and alignment sessions for our clients. His client experience includes the sports, media and non-profit sectors.

Before joining The Kaleidoscope Group, Aarin was a Project Manager for over five years, responsible for operations across multiple locations and growth strategies in new markets.

Aarin attended Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, New York, and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts, focusing on Music and Psychology. His love for music led to him signing as a full-time recording artist with a music label. After moving back from New York to Chicago, his passion for leading and driving change guided him into management positions within the Chicago area’s hospitality and real estate industries.

Outside of his work with the Kaleidoscope Group, Aarin is still actively engaged in music as an advisor and consultant to undiscovered musicians across the US.

We spend so much of our lives at work. I think we all deserve to feel valued and appreciated for who we are and what we bring – every single day. That’s why we’re here, and I love being a small part of that.
