Arielle Kohn

As one of our Client Services Managers, Arielle (Ari) drives the execution of our consulting projects, ensuring that we tailor our approach to meet our clients’ unique needs and circumstances, maximizing our value and impact.

An integral part of our consulting team, Ari has been a keynote speaker on bias, specifically concerning culture and membership-based organizations. Her client experience includes healthcare, education, government, consumer goods, energy, technology, financial services, and hospitality sectors.

Ari also supports us in developing our internal practices with The Kaleidoscope Group. Her responsibilities include acting as the Operations Manager for The Kaleidoscope Group’s Assessment Practice, overseeing internal strategic initiatives, and developing and leading multiple company-wide training initiatives and data security policies to increase operational efficiency that will help foster client success.

Ari holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Michigan – one in Spanish and one in International Studies focused on Global Environment and Health. A native of the Chicago suburbs, Ari currently lives in Chicago. When she’s not working, Ari enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with family and friends.
