Cheré L. Nabor

As a Consultant with The Kaleidoscope Group, Cheré leads executive teams and business leaders in implementing strategic inclusion and diversity solutions to increase organizational capability.

Cheré has over 30 years of leadership experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion management, human resources, quality management, and labor relations. Since joining The Kaleidoscope Group more than ten years ago, she has served a variety of clients across numerous industries, including entertainment and the arts, medical and healthcare and education.

Before joining The Kaleidoscope Group, Cheré was Chief Diversity Officer at W.W. Grainger Inc. and Senior Director of Diversity at McDonald’s.

Cheré has also held Board positions with several non-profits and professional bodies, including the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources, the American Association of Christian Counselors, the Association for Talent Development, and the Society of Human Resource Managers.

Her leadership has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Human Resources Excellence Award from McDonald’s and the Black and Hispanic Achievers Award from the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago and Chicago Tribune.

Cheré’s education includes undergraduate studies in Business Administration at the University of Detroit and graduate studies in Organizational Leadership and Communications at DePaul University. She is certified in Change Management, Quality Management, Diversity Practitioning, Everything DiSC and Co-Active Coaching. 

Outside of work, she enjoys art and reading. She currently resides in West Bloomfield, Michigan, USA.
