Clarice Taylor
Clarice brings over 30 years of corporate experience to her role as a Consultant with The Kaleidoscope Group. She has decades of experience in diversity, equity and inclusion consulting, coaching, mentoring, diversity leadership program development and training.
Clarice has particular expertise in quality and manufacturing, having previously served as Worldwide Director of Global Quality Systems Certification & Compliance in Colgate-Palmolive’s Global Quality Department and in senior roles for other global food, beverage and consumer goods manufacturers.
Clarice received her Bachelor of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, majoring in Chemistry. She received her Master of Arts degree from the University of Phoenix, majoring in Organizational Management. She also attended Cornell University, receiving a Diversity & Inclusion Executive Certificate.
Clarice is involved in her community and leads a national partnership that offers free dental screenings for children from under-resourced families to ensure they have access to the care they need. As a past chapter president and current member of The Links, Incorporated, she also supports youth programs that provide scholarships to thriving students who are economically in need.
She is currently President of the consulting firm TayClaire Next Level Solutions, LLC.
