Fariha Siddiquie

Fariha is a medium dark skinned female smiling. She has long black hair and is wearing a black blazer with a white shirt. She is pictured against a blue-grey background.

As one of our Client Services Managers, Fariha drives the execution of our consulting projects, ensuring that we tailor our approach to meet our clients’ unique needs and circumstances, maximizing our value and impact.

An integral part of our consulting team, Fariha focuses on supporting clients in the healthcare industry.

She attended Midwestern University College of Osteopathic Medicine with a special interest in Psychiatry. She received her Masters in Public Health from Benedictine University with a concentration in Healthcare Management and Policy and Epidemiology.

As a student, Fariha led the development and implementation of public health programs within the Chicago-based non-profit community, specifically working to address the health disparities of immigrant and refugee communities. She worked with partners on health literacy and workforce development programs for South Asian immigrant populations and on the Women’s Empowerment Program, a public health program dedicated to serving the needs of refugee women and girls.

Since joining The Kaleidoscope Group, Fariha has worked on consulting projects for various clients across the hospital and healthcare industry, the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare staffing organizations and non-profits focused on healthcare and wellbeing.

Fariha is a third-culture kid, proud of her Pakistani-American Muslim heritage while also being deeply connected to Midwestern American values.

Our mission and focus on unity stand out to me the most. In the workplace, learning how to come together and work with people we may disagree or have differences with, is a key factor in success for an organization and for individuals. We provide the skills and tools for having these difficult conversations.
