Flor Garcia

As a Consultant with The Kaleidoscope Group, Flor helps global organizations develop creative solutions that result in impactful organizational change. She specializes in assisting leaders in developing and implementing their DEI strategy, fostering strategic partnerships, and facilitating behavior change. 

Flor works with senior leaders, helping them better navigate the challenges of DEI in a global, multicultural context and calibrate their DEI goals to their organization’s needs to ensure that their strategies and activities drive value and have a mission and business impact.

Flor also designs and delivers learning and development programs that drive change and promote more inclusive workplaces. As a facilitator, she often leads in more than one language in multilingual settings. She has particular expertise in facilitating across cultural differences and has in-depth knowledge of the unique DEI challenges and opportunities in the US, Germany and Latin America.

Flor has a Linguistic Masters Degree from the Universidad de Jaén, Spain, with more than fifteen years of experience delivering intercultural training in Spanish and English to executives in South America, the United States, and Germany. She is a Certified Legal Spanish trainer, academic curriculum and content creator. Flor is fluent in Spanish, English and German.

Flor mentors female senior leaders and entrepreneurs of the Latino community in Frankfurt, Germany and as a member of Chappaqua Independent School District’s DEI Committee in New York, USA.
