Jackie Baldyga

Jackie has been part of The Kaleidoscope Group for over 20 years.

In her current role, she partners with The Kaleidoscope Group’s leadership team to enhance internal organization effectiveness, knowledge management, onboarding and coaching of new consultants, and strategies for internal competence development.

Prior to this role, she partnered with clients as a practical strategist to transform the performance of their people, teams and the overall organization. Her primary areas of consulting expertise include DEI strategy development, executive development, DEI infrastructure design, and education & development strategy.

Before joining The Kaleidoscope Group, Jackie was with McDonald’s Corporation, where she held various positions, including Director of Global Organization Development, Director of Accounting Learning and Development, and Senior Manager, Performance Consulting. She has a strong business background, developed early in her career through various accounting and information systems assignments.

Jackie graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from The University of Illinois and a Masters in Management and Organization Behavior from Benedictine University, Illinois. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and spent the early years of her career in various accounting and financial positions.

While a Chicago native for most of her life, she now resides in Castle Rock, Colorado, USA, with her husband and two sons.
