Kasia Ganko-Rodriguez

As a Consultant with The Kaleidoscope Group, Kasia partners with our clients on the strategic direction and implementation of their diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. She also facilitates dialogues with executive and leadership teams.

Kasia has been with The Kaleidoscope Group for more than 15 years and has served a wide variety of clients across several industries, including financial services, education, healthcare, aviation and retail.

She has extensive experience in guiding DEI strategies, designing a variety of DEI solutions, and facilitating dialogue sessions with C-suite, leadership, and team members.

Before joining The Kaleidoscope Group, Kasia served as an English as a Second Language (ESL) instructor in Warsaw, Poland, where she is originally from. Kasia holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from the University of Warsaw. She also completed four years of graduate study in Cross-Cultural Psychology at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw. She currently resides in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
