As one of our Client Services Managers, Kevin drives the execution of our consulting projects, ensuring that we tailor our approach to meet our clients’ unique needs and circumstances, maximizing our value and impact.

An integral part of our consulting team, Kevin began working with The Kaleidoscope Group as a Technical Manager, utilizing his IT background. However, he quickly found himself drawn to impacting our clients more directly and moved to his current role. Since then, he has worked with clients in the medical, real estate, and financial services sectors.

Kevin graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a BA in English and a minor in Digital Media. He lives in Chicago with his scruffy cat, Odin. Outside work, Kevin writes and performs comedy and is an award-winning filmmaker.

I love that we meet clients where they are. Our transformational approach and flexibility allow our clients to work on the most pressing and develop strategies that will influence all their DEI work to date.
