Marcelo Baudino

Marcelo is one of our Global Partners, providing deep regional insight and experience from his decades of DEI experience in Latin America.

Marcelo is a Director of Belonging, a dedicated DEI consultancy working with organizations across Argentina and Latin America. He is also the author of the book, Privileges for Privileged – A brave guide to walk the path of the ally. In 2023, Marcelo was recognized as a Top Voice for gender equity matters by LinkedIn.

Over the last twelve years, Marcelo has designed and delivered DEI workshops and training programs for more than 10,000 executives and professionals in over ten Latin American countries. He has been a diversity and cross-cultural trainer for numerous global corporations. His subject matter expertise is Latin American culture and the management of global teams.

Marcelo is also a founding member and current president of the Society for Intercultural Education, Training & Research (SIETAR) Argentina, the first SIETAR chapter in a Spanish-speaking country of the Americas.

Marcelo has a solid track record of successful corporate experience spanning four different industries in three countries: Argentina (Arcor & Accenture), Mexico (McGraw-Hill) and Switzerland (UBS). He is fluent in Spanish and English and has a working knowledge of Portuguese.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Blas Pascal University in Cordoba, Argentina. He also studied at the University of Richmond, Virginia, USA, as an international exchange student and attended two courses at the Summer Institute of Intercultural Communication in Portland, Oregon, USA.
