Michaelle van Linden

Michaelle is a certified Gallup Clifton Strengthsfinder coach who works with individuals and teams to turn their understanding of their own and others’ strengths and weaknesses into more effective and inclusive ways of working together.

Michaelle has spent her career understanding human nature. Majoring in economics, she developed models of behavior that showed why people made certain decisions. Throughout her career, Michaelle has developed a deep understanding of the psychology and diversity of consumers of all ages, clients, patients, professionals, C-Suite occupants, and Board members. She has worked for a range of global organizations, including several in the healthcare, financial services and education sectors. In addition, Michaelle has worked with several non-profits.

Michaelle has conducted research on six continents and is fascinated by the diversity of people and the challenges we face in becoming more inclusive of all people. Michaelle has a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. in Marketing/Market Research from DePaul University.

Our work opens minds, gets people to see things from another’s perspective, and builds bridges where none existed before. The work helps our clients develop more compassion and insight into others and lays a road for how we can all work together even if we disagree.
