Mitch Brown

As a Consultant with The Kaleidoscope Group, Mitch works with clients to develop workplace strategies that transform their organizations.

His client experience ranges from government and financial services to sports/entertainment and healthcare. 

Mitch brings a decade of management consulting experience to his role, along with experience working with learning & development leaders on developing educational content to enhance the skills and behaviors needed to sustain  diverse, equitable, and inclusive organizations. 

Before working with The Kaleidoscope Group, Mitch was a management consultant for The Gallup Organization, a global analytics and consulting firm. In this role, he supported clients’ efforts with employee engagement, specifically helping them to create engaged organizations and advising them on ways to connect with their employees and customers, decreasing costs and turnover rates and increasing productivity and profitability.

Mitch holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hampton University, a J.D. from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law, and an MBA from Vanderbilt University, Owen School of Management. 

Outside work, Mitch is interested in the culinary arts, fashion, history, and sports. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Mitch now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA.
