Olivet Jones

Olivet brings more than 30 years of experience to her role as a Consultant with The Kaleidoscope Group.

She works primarily with C-suite teams and Boards of Directors, focusing on bringing clarity and driving commitment to action.

Olivet’s consulting experience includes serving as Vice President of Organizational Development with James H. Lowry & Associates, specialists in diversity from a talent management and supplier expansion perspective. She built the practice from the ground up and went on to serve more than 150 clients, including Ford, Motorola, AT&T and others in the Fortune 500. She also conceptualized and co-created a unique analytical methodology to conduct corporate culture needs assessment, focusing on creating a more diverse and inclusive culture.

Over the course of her career, Olivet has led more than 250 client organizations on five continents through the journey of achieving competency in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

She is a former African-American Careers Expert for Monster, Inc., a former cohost of a syndicated program (Channel 9 WGN Chicago) on employment, and featured in a major segment of ABC 20/20. Olivet is a sought-after keynote speaker on the topic for Industry and Practitioner organizations.

Olivet enjoys 34 years of marriage to her husband, Bill, and is the proud “Glamma” to two amazing young adults.
