Pia Tomasello

Pia is a light skinned woman with natural blond shoulder length hair, blue eyes and light framed glasses. She is wearing a burnt orange sweater. Despite being in her early 30's, she doesn't look a day over 25. She is pictured against a blue-grey background.

Pia is a Measurement Specialist with our Assessment & Analytics team. She supports our clients from the very early stages of designing custom qualitative and quantitative research to understanding and interpreting the findings.

Pia began her career in operations across several industries, focusing on using data to improve processes and maximize efficiency. During this time, Pia became interested in the human experience of work and the bigger, messier questions about work that operations could not solve. This motivated her to pursue her Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.

In graduate school, Pia was a graduate research assistant working on a mixed methods experiment about emotional states and the results of experiencing them. She was also a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion intern for a healthcare company where she researched policies, practices, and procedures of DiversityInc’s Top 50 companies in diversity, reviewed hiring practices, provided recommendations to reduce bias, and developed a mentoring program aimed to increase diversity in senior positions.

Before she joined The Kaleidoscope Group, Pia worked for a small consultancy as an analyst, where she was responsible for developing and maintaining high-stakes knowledge assessments.

Pia currently lives in Massachusetts, USA.
