Sarah is a light-skinned person with short teal hair. They are looking at the camera with a small smile. They are wearing a maroon blazer and black button down. They are pictured in front of a blue-grey background.

As one of our Client Services Managers, Siphon drives the execution of our consulting projects, ensuring that we tailor our approach to meet our clients’ unique needs and circumstances, maximizing our value and impact.

An integral part of our consulting team, Siphon is a subject matter expert on LGBTQ+ issues and disability/accessibility. They have experience across the insurance, tech, e-commerce, telecommunications, and video gaming sectors.

Before joining The Kaleidoscope Group, Siphon spent two and a half years working in benefits administration – managing client benefits, Open Enrollments, and other ad hoc projects throughout the year. As a Client Analyst, they supported a book of client business around the clock, ensuring that client employees could enroll in benefits ranging from Life Events to COBRA coverage. In addition, Siphon has experience in e-commerce, telecommunications, and freelance work as a writer and illustrator.

Siphon teaches blues dance styles, giving their time to educate themselves about the history of African American Vernacular Dance styles and the history of the music. When not dancing, they can be found lifting at the gym or managing a new game design project (assuming they’re not on the road with their spouse).

I love enabling folks to be their full selves and seeing leaders find ways to do the same for their employees. Giving voice to those usually silenced fills my cup, and holding space for those conversations is so important.

Let’s get to work
