Trisha Carter

Trisha Carter is a fair skinned woman smiling warmly at the camera. She has light brown hair and dark framed glasses. Trisha is wearing a dark blue jacket over an orange top and is in front of a blue-grey background.

Trisha draws on her experience as an organizational psychologist in her role as a Consultant with The Kaleidoscope Group. She has over 20 years of experience supporting and developing global executives from numerous countries in multiple locations worldwide.

Her expertise includes the focus areas of cultural intelligence (CQ), building global leadership capabilities, increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in global organizations, managing change, and developing resilience and well-being. In addition to cultural capability Trisha supports our clients in developing psychological safety and creating workplaces environments where everyone is able to contribute and those contributions are welcomed.

Trisha has worked with both the Australian and New Zealand governments, delivered coaching, training or consulting to various multinational corporations, including Boeing, ABB, Thales, and Hyundai, plus Australian global businesses such as Sunrice and Westpac.

As an Adjunct Professor, she has lectured in Human Resources Management, Cross-Cultural Communication and Business Culture in Australia. She has a master’s degree in Psychology and is a Certified Cultural Intelligence Facilitator. In 2023, Trisha was selected as part of the inaugural CQ Fellows – a thought leaders group committed to developing cultural intelligence applications.

She became interested in diverse cultural workplaces and the impacts of global transitions while living in China with her husband and young children in the 1990s. While Sydney is currently home, her birthplace of New Zealand still has a special place in her heart.

Our work impacts so many people – for employees there are better workplaces, for employers there are opportunities to increase market share, to innovate, to delight clients and communities and for everyone to feel like they are contributing to the greater good.
