Jeffery B. Strader has embodied a variety of roles within the Full-Service Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Consulting space. As the Director of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ+) Practice, Jeffery leads companies to unity by navigating intersectionality in the workforce. With a commitment to empowering LGBTQ+ employees, he believes that everyone is stronger together through understanding and celebrating our uniqueness. With a background in Social Work and experience in Project Management, Jeffery’s strengths include infusing workplace advocacy with action.
