Clarice H. Taylor is an Executive Consultant with The Kaleidoscope Group. Clarice’s career has taken her through over 30 years of corporate experience at world-class corporations. She is currently President of TayClaire Next Level Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm that focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion, coaching, mentoring, training, managing complex projects, as well as developing quality assurance processes that reduce regulatory risk. She is an energetic businessperson who has worked in many areas including diversity leadership program development, quality auditing, and GMP training globally, project engineering, project management, manufacturing and procurement.
Clarice is a coach and mentor to many and prides herself on being results-oriented. She is recognized for her cross-functional expertise in promoting teamwork and business ethics. Clarice worked as the Worldwide Director of Global Quality Systems Certification & Compliance in Colgate-Palmolive’s Global Quality Department. Clarice developed and implemented quality audit programs addressing Colgate plants, technology centers, raw and packaging material suppliers, contract manufacturers, and warehouses that reduced regulatory risk. She also worked for Procter & Gamble, Anheuser-Busch, and Avon Products.
Clarice applies her vast skill-set to the DE&I area with the co-development and facilitation of the ACCEL leadership development training program. She also facilitates the courageous conversations required in today’s organizations for optimal outcomes.
Clarice received her Bachelor of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute majoring in Chemistry. She received her Master of Arts degree from the University of Phoenix majoring in Organizational Management. She also attended Cornell University where she received her Diversity & Inclusion Executive Certificate.
Clarice is involved in her community and leads a national partnership that offers free dental screenings for disadvantaged children. As a past chapter president and current member of The Links, Incorporated, she also supports youth programs that provide scholarships to thriving students who are economically in need.
