I believe that when we understand the WHY of things, we become empowered to be our greatest. Getting to the WHY requires endless curiosity, a strong belief in what people from all walks of life bring to every conversation, and relentless perseverance to keep at it.
I work with data to help organizations have brave conversations about diversity, equity, and inclusion that center more around facts and less on gut feelings.
