And I do it through authentic and meaningful relationships with coworkers and clients alike.
Kasia Ganko-Rodriguez an Engagement Leader and an Executive Consultant for The Kaleidoscope Group, a full-service diversity and inclusion consulting firm dedicated to unlocking the human potential. One of her responsibilities includes partnering with organizations on the strategic direction and implementation of their diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. She also facilitates dialogues with executive and leadership teams.
Throughout her 15 plus years at The Kaleidoscope Group, Kasia has served a wide variety of clients across several industries. Some of the clients that she recently worked with include BBA Aviation, Caterpillar, CDW, Dana, EMC Insurance, FHLB of Chicago, The Federal Reserve Bank of St Louis, Harper College, and NorthShore University HealthSystem.
She has extensive experience in guiding DEI strategies, designing a variety of DEI solutions, and facilitating dialogue sessions with C-suite, leadership, and team members. Clients have described her as dedicated, transparent, passionate, and purposeful. When building relationships with clients she utilizes her gifts of being creative and insightful.
Before The Kaleidoscope Group, Kasia served as an ESL instructor in Warsaw, Poland, where she is originally from. Kasia holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from the University of Warsaw. She also completed four years of graduate study in Cross-Cultural Psychology at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw. She currently resides in Chicago, IL.
