Kevin Strader is a Jr. Client Services Manager for The Kaleidoscope Group, a full-service diversity and inclusion consulting firm dedicated to unlocking human potential. He desires to build a fluent and accessible partnership with clients at The Kaleidoscope Group. As a Client Services Manager (CSM), Kevin connects the positive impacts of diligent work within Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to his client’s needs.

Kevin began working with The Kaleidoscope Group as a Technical Manager, utilizing his IT background. Getting increasingly invested in improving client experiences through a thorough understanding of clients’ needs and ensuring an educational and transformational delivery. He has since transitioned to joining the team full-time in the front half of 2021.

Kevin graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a BA in English and a minor in Digital Media. He currently lives in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago with his scruffy cat Odin. Outside of work, Kevin spends his time writing and performing comedy, trying out new Cajun recipes in the kitchen, and listening to tunes on long walks.
