Latrice is an accomplished HR professional with more than 30+ years of experience. She has worked for two Fortune 100 Companies in the public utility and transportation industries. Latrice has expertise in employee and labor relations, performance management, DE&I, succession planning, leadership coaching, and employee engagement. She is a lifelong learner who actively seeks to better serve clients by carefully listening to their needs and developing strategic solutions. Latrice firmly believes everyone has value and is capable of making contributions that make us individually and collectively better.
Latrice earned her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from DePaul University and her MBA from Dominican University. Outside of work you can find Latrice enjoying life with her husband, Paul, and being creative with her hands.
